全科科技人權政策
全科科技遵守各營運據點所在地區法規，依循各項國際公認之人權標準，如《國際人權法典》、《國際勞工組織基本公約的核心勞動標準》、《聯合國全球盟約十項原則》等，並遵照《責任商業聯盟及其行為準則》，重視現職同仁、契約及臨時人員、實習生等員工之尊嚴，訂定以下人權政策。
執行政策 :

- 避免各類歧視影響工作機會
- 禁用童工及不法勞工
- 禁止強迫勞動
- 協助員工維持身心健康
- 協助員工達成工作生活平衡
- 定期檢視評估相關機制與流程
